While Boxify's user interface provides tools that make it easy to clone product dimensions to different variants, if you have many different products in your store, it will be tedious to enter product dimensions by visiting each product page. But don't despair! We're happy to help you configure product dimensions in bulk.

Begin by going to the Boxify dashboard and clicking on the “Export Product List” button. That will send you a CSV file with information about each of the products in your shop that requires shipping. Open that in a spreadsheet program. You'll see that the spreadsheet contains blank columns for product dimensions (and optional padding thickness). Fill in that information. You can also change the defaults given for Keep Vertical and Pack Mode where appropriate. But don’t alter or delete any other columns.

When you’re done, send your filled-in spreadsheet to support@boxifyapp.com. Include the words, “Bulk upload request” and the URL of your shop in the subject line of the message. We’ll check to be sure nothing you configured is unreasonable and will then upload the information in bulk to our database, after which we will inform you of any issues we uncover. While we can usually attend to it much quicker, allow up to a full day for us to complete that task.
