When you configure UPS, you’ll have a choice of which rate tier to display. You can set Boxify to display UPS Retail rates, UPS Daily rates, or your account-specific (negotiated) UPS rates—assuming that you have established a negotiated discount with UPS.

Note that you cannot set Boxify to display Shopify’s specially discounted UPS rates for the simple reason that Shopify doesn’t permit apps to show those rates.

If Shopify’s discount is deeper than your own negotiated discount with UPS, you can still purchase UPS labels through Shopify at its discounted rates. And if the difference between the UPS rates you are displaying with the app and the rates you are paying Shopify for UPS labels is larger than you want, you are free to set a further discount on the UPS rates you are displaying with Boxify. You’ll find tools to set such a discount when you go to the Boxify dashboard and click on the “Configure UPS” button.
